Student Ombudsperson at the Faculty of Arts, Palacky University, Olomouc, Czech Republic (since November 2020, together with Jaroslav Šotola)
She teaches medieval history at the Department of History, Palacky University; her research interests include social urban history, family history and gender history which has also shaped her activities in the field of civic engagement. She has cooperated for several years with a human rights NGO on a campaign for women´s rights, currently she is a member of the Gender Expert Chamber of the Czech Republic.
As the member of the faculty Ombuds team she deals with communicatively challenging situations and conflicts between students and teachers/employees and strives for prevention and cultivation of the university environment in terms of establishing partner cooperation and mitigating power imbalances. In order to do so she has attended several training courses in non-violent communication (NVC) and team leadership.
She is a member of ENOHE, involved in the preparation of Training Activities Program. She is also member of the committee of the School Ombuds Platform of the Czech Republic.

Zástupkyně ombudsmana Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci (od listopadu 2020, společně s ombudsmanem Jaroslavem Šotolou)
Vyučuje dějiny středověku na Katedře historie Univerzity Palackého, mezi její badatelské zájmy patří urbánní dějiny, dějiny rodiny a gender history, které formovaly i její aktivity v oblasti občanské angažovanosti. Několik let spolupracovala s lidskoprávní nevládní organizací (Nesehnutí) na kampani za ženská práva, v současné době je členkou Genderové expertní komory ČR.
Jako členka týmu fakultního ombudsmana řeší komunikačně náročné situace a konflikty mezi studenty a vyučujícími/zaměstnanci a zaměřuje se na úroveň prevence a kultivace univerzitního prostředí se zaměřením na nastolení partnerské spolupráce a zmírňování mocenské nerovnováhy. Za tímto účelem absolvovala několik školení v oblasti nenásilné komunikace (NVC).
Je členkou ENOHE, podílí se na přípravě Programu vzdělávacích aktivit. Je také členkou výboru Školské ombudsmanské platformy České republiky.
