On June 22nd ENOHE held a webinar about how to set up an Ombuds office.
The webinar was an open forum for everybody interested in or involved in the ombudsman idea and had 75 participants from all over the world.
Participants were invited to share and compare their experiences. The webinar presented an opportunity to learn from speakers and each other, and to network with and generate ideas from already practicing colleagues from countries in and beyond Europe.
